HIGH-FREQUENCY 60,000 RPM ENGRAVING SPINDLE
Deep engrave into metals up to 3 times faster than with a standard spindle! This spring-loaded spindle option with floating nose cone allows for consistent depth engraving into hard materials. The high RPM allows cutters to stay sharp much longer for increased production. The RPM is adjustable manually with the included control box. The spindle comes standard with a 1/8" collet.

VACUUM CHIP REMOVAL NOSES
Designed for chip removal while doing engraving and cutouts. Nose is constructed of durable plastic. Vacuum tube allows for hookup to vacuum pump or shop vac.

DIAMOND DRAG ADAPTER
The DIAMOND DRAG ADAPTER screws onto the end of almost any spindle and allows simple & solid mounting for diamond scratch engraving. Spindle bearing strain is totally eliminated using this device.

DRAWBARS / COLLETS
Collet spindles are typically used for deep engraving into hard materials such as brass and aluminum. They are different from top load spindles in that the cutter is held at the bottom of the spindle (when using a split collet) eliminating vibration when cutting into these harder materials. Tool life will also increase when using a collet spindle.
Collet spindles can also accommodate different diameter cutters by changing the collet and/or draw bar.
A. Split Collet – Used for holding cutters at the bottom of the spindle when doing light milling, cutouts, & other heavy engraving. Split collets hold both long & short cutters.
B. Solid Collet – Converts your collet spindle into a standard top load spindle for standard engraving or burnishing. Solid collets hold long cutters only.
C. Drawbar – This is the piece that the collet screws into and is tightened to lock the cutter in place.
